Federation of Burial and Cremation Authorities
The FBCA is a primary link between Government Departments in England Scotland and Wales and Burial and Cremation Authorities throughout the UK.
NAFD Resolve
NAFD Resolve is the UK’s only free and independent dispute resolution service, which is designed to protect funeral consumers by providing a forum in which they can raise a complaint against an NAFD member and seek redress, while avoiding any stressful confrontation. It is fully funded by the NAFD, with conciliation and adjudication services provided by qualified professionals from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).

National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD)
The National Association of Funeral Directors is an inclusive and progressive voice for the funeral profession and bereaved people in all four nations of the United Kingdom. We promote high standards, provide members with resources to support them in delivering high standards of care for bereaved and deceased people – and ensure consumers have the information they need to make informed decisions when arranging a funeral.
